Award-winning student performance
In just one Arkansas school:
- Seven students made honor roll on the nationwide American High School Mathematics Examination, and the school became one of the top 25 High Schools of Excellence in Mathematics in the state.
- Students captured first, second, and third place in the 3rd Annual Southeast Arkansas Physics Olympics.
- Students placed first and third in the Leadership Essay and Oratorical Contest. One student was named a National Merit Scholarship Finalist and President's Scholar.
- Four students were invited to attend the prestigious Arkansas School for Math and Science.
